D7.2 Initial Dissemination & Communication Plan (DCP)
The Initial Dissemination & Communication Plan outlines the strategy for dissemination and communication activities during the ENACT project. Communication and dissemination are a core part of the ENACT project to ensure that project activities, resources, and results are communicated to the relevant stakeholders consistently and effectively. This deliverable presents the methodology of the ENACT Communication and Dissemination plan, a preliminary review of the key messages, the target groups, and the relevant channels and tools to reach them.
D7.1 Website
The ENACT project website (https://www.enact-he.eu) is the central platform for communication and dissemination, targeting stakeholders, policymakers, media, and the public. Designed to ensure transparency and engagement, the website provides comprehensive access to project developments, results, and public deliverables.
D1.3 Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan
The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan establishes a structured framework to ensure the high-quality execution and risk mitigation of the ENACT project. This document defines the methodologies, procedures, and responsibilities in quality assurance and risk management, ensuring that project deliverables, activities, and outcomes meet the required standards, adhere to the project timeline, and effectively mitigate potential risks.
D1.2 Data Management Plan and Data Protection Impact Assessment
The Data Management Plan sets out the Data Management Principles and guidelines for implementing the FAIR principles, according to which all Work Packages will plan their data usage. ENACT’s data generation and collection seeks to obtain quantitative and qualitative data to achieve the project objectives. The data generation and collection will comply with the EU and national ethical and legal requirements.
D1.1 Handbook and Gender Equality Plan
This Handbook and Gender Equality Plan (HAGP) aims to provide practical project management guidance to the Consortium partners to ensure consistent, outcome-focused, ethical, high-quality delivery throughout ENACT’s 42-month duration. It complements the provisions and commitments outlined in the Consortium and the Grant Agreements.
